In my experience height adjustable seats usually adjust up for a smaller people, so it was a delight to see the seat pad drop down in the Panda. The Fiat Panda is up against quite a few city cars, but it's more practical than most. It's a wow factor that it's £2,000, The boot is large and storage is decent, but head room is limited due to Car safety.
